We're now Skedular: a new name, a new look, and a fresh start for 2025
UnityHub has rebranded to Skedular, with an updated identity, app URL, and renewed focus on workplace management and workspace operations.
As we stepped into 2025, UnityHub officially became Skedular. The new name reflects how the product has grown and where it is heading: helping organizations manage workplaces and helping workspace operators run flexible workspace businesses.
The rebrand is more than a new logo. It is a clearer identity for the work we are doing and the experience we want customers to have when they book desks, coordinate teams, and understand how their workplace is being used.
Why Skedular?
UnityHub started with a simple mission: make hybrid work easier and more accessible for teams. Over time, the product expanded to support more of the workplace management workflow, including desk booking, meeting room booking, workplace attendance, resource management, memberships, subscriptions, payments, invoicing, and workspace publishing.
The product also evolved beyond its original focus. What began as a tool for internal workplace management now serves both private organizations managing their own workplaces and workspace operators running coworking and flexible workspace businesses. The customer base expanded, the platform matured, and the need for a name that reflects this broader scope became clear.
As that focus grew, the old name no longer described the full product. Skedular is designed to feel simple, flexible, and forward-looking, which matches the way we think modern workplace software should work.
What is new in 2025?
The rebrand also comes with a modernized user interface. The updated experience is designed to make workplace management clearer, faster, and easier to use.
Whether you are booking a desk, checking where teammates are working, or reviewing workplace activity, the refreshed interface is built to reduce friction. The core functionality remains familiar, but the product experience is being sharpened around the Skedular brand.
What Skedular does today
Skedular helps organizations manage workplaces and helps workspace operators run coworking and flexible workspace businesses. The platform supports desk booking, meeting room booking, workplace attendance, resource management, memberships, subscriptions, payments, invoicing, and workspace publishing.
Skedular is now organized around two core products that serve different workplace needs:
- Skedular Teams: For private organizations managing workplaces and workplace resources. Teams helps companies manage desks, meeting rooms, workplace attendance, and hybrid work coordination.
- Skedular Spaces: For coworking operators and workspace providers. Spaces helps workspace operators run their businesses with memberships, bookings, subscriptions, payments, invoicing, and workspace operations.
What customers should know
The customer website is now getskedular.com, and the app has moved to skedular.app. Customers should update bookmarks and share the new destinations with their teams.
The Slack application name has also been aligned with the Skedular brand. These updates help keep the product, website, and integrations consistent as the platform moves forward.
- Customer website: getskedular.com.
- Application URL: skedular.app.
- Slack integration: now branded as Skedular.
Looking ahead
The rebrand marks the beginning of a new chapter. Skedular will continue to focus on tools that make hybrid work environments more seamless, efficient, and productive.
That means improving the way teams book desks and rooms, coordinate office days, manage shared resources, and use workplace data to make better decisions. It also means helping workspace operators grow their businesses with better coworking management software and workspace operations tools.
Thank you for the support
This change would not be possible without the customers and users who shared feedback, tested workflows, and trusted the product as it evolved.
Skedular was founded by Leila Alavi and Morteza Alizadeh and continues to evolve through customer feedback and real workplace management experience.
As Skedular, the commitment remains the same: build practical workplace tools that help teams thrive in a flexible, modern office environment and help workspace operators succeed with their flexible workspace businesses.
