Do I need to create a Team before I can make a Booking?

No. Teams are optional. You can make a Booking without creating a Team; a Team can be associated with a Booking when that helps organize the workplace. See Organize your people.

Can I create a Booking for another person?

Yes, an active Organization member with permission to add Bookings can create a Booking for another Organization member. For the complete Booking workflow and visibility rules, see Bookings.

Why can’t I see a Resource when adding a Booking?

The Resource may already be booked, fall outside the selected Location or available hours, or not be available to you. Review Set up your workplace and Bookings.

Can a Booking be associated with a Team?

Yes. A Booking can include a Team association, but associating a Team does not create a Booking for every Team member. Learn how people and Teams are organized in Organize your people.

Can I use Skedular Teams from Slack?

Yes. The Slack app supports workplace Booking and Location workflows, including daily Who’s in today? updates. See the Slack integration guide for setup and usage details.

What does Join do in the Slack app?

Join creates a separate private Booking for you using the shared Booking’s time and Team association. It does not add you to the original Booking or assign you its Resources. See Slack integration.

Can my Organization use SSO?

Yes. SSO is configured for one Organization by an active Owner or Administrator. Members must already be active Organization members; enabling SSO does not automatically add new members. See Enterprise sign-in.

Does Microsoft Teams have documentation yet?

The Microsoft Teams integration exists, but its documentation is still being prepared. Check the Microsoft Teams integration page for its current status.

Where should I configure Locations, Resources, and members?

Use the Skedular Teams web app to set up your workplace. Start with Set up your workplace, then use Organize your workplace and Organize your people.
