Skedular Host

Getting Started

Set up your place, choose when it can be booked, configure pricing, and prepare your listing for renters.

Skedular Host is designed for renting out an entire place rather than managing individual desks, rooms, or other workspace resources. Prepare the information renters need, set when the place can be booked and what it costs, then review the listing before sharing it.

1. Set up your place

Start your Host setup and add the place you want to rent. The place becomes available online when it is created, so use accurate information from the beginning and complete the remaining setup before sharing the listing with renters.

2. Add the details renters need

Describe the place with the information supported by the Host experience, such as its name, description, address, images, features, and amenities. Clear details help renters understand what they are booking.

3. Set pricing and availability

Choose when the place can be booked, set its price, and configure the booking conditions and cancellation policy that apply. Continue to Pricing and availability for the detailed options.

4. Set up payments

If you accept paid bookings, connect the supported payment account before directing renters to the listing. See Payments and refunds for payment setup and payment-related workflows.

5. Review your listing

Review the renter-facing content: the place details, description, images, features, and amenities. Make sure the listing describes the real place and the experience renters will receive.

6. Prepare to share your listing

Your place is already available online after it is created. Before sharing the listing with renters, confirm that its pricing, availability, booking conditions, cancellation policy, and payment setup where applicable are ready.

7. Verify the renter experience

Review the renter-facing listing and confirm that the place information, pricing, availability, and booking conditions appear as expected.
