Getting Started

Set up a commercial workspace operation, create Products, and prepare to publish.

Skedular Spaces helps workspace operators prepare Locations and Resources, create Products with pricing, publish offerings for customers, and manage the Booking, Subscription, and payment journey.

Set up your operation

  1. Create the Organization that will operate the workspace and confirm access for the people managing it.
  2. Add Locations and the Resources customers can book. Review workspace setup and the shared Locations and Resources concepts.
  3. Create a Product, add Product Tags where they help select eligible Resources, and configure pricing. Continue with Products and pricing.
  4. Prepare Availability, review the customer-facing details, and activate each Product when it is ready for customers. Continue with Products and pricing.
  5. Connect the payment or accounting workflow your operation uses, then test the expected price, Availability, and payment path.

What comes next

Customers can discover eligible Products and create one-time Bookings or enter Subscription-based arrangements, where Subscriptions manage the associated recurring Booking instances. Use Bookings, Subscriptions, and Billing and payments for the complete workflows.
