Marketplace setup

Marketplace setup controls the customer-facing information for a Skedular Spaces Organization. It describes the operator and its offering; it does not create Products or make individual Products available by itself.

Configure your marketplace presence

In the Organization administration area, operators can maintain the profile information shown with the marketplace presence. The supported settings include:

• Organization name and logo
• Website and customer-facing Terms and Conditions URL
• Industry categories
• Contact email and phone number
• Feature Images, including a cover image
• Marketplace listing metadata: title, subtitle, description, and included features

Keep these details accurate so customers can understand who operates the workspace and what it offers.

Keep marketplace setup separate from Products

Marketplace presence is not the same as Product availability. Locations and Resources describe the physical workspace, while Products define what customers can purchase or book. Product Tags may help determine which Resources are eligible for a Product, and publishing controls whether a configured offering is available to customers.
